To reduce poverty and insalubrity.

L’OMS states that Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) are prosperous wherever poverty and dirt are prevalent and appear where poor housing, where water is not safe, where sanitation is mediocre and where access to health care is limited or non-existent.


The basic health of village life is transversal to the entire ADHM program.

Thanks to the health project, people will find the necessary energy to carry out education, agriculture, source rehabilitation and entrepreneurship activities, as well as the construction of health and community units.

The Health project has an objectif:

  • access to population health through the construction of a primary health center in Meyak, in agreement with the Ministry of Health.

  • the organization of diagnostic missions and care in the villages.

  • The establishment of community health relay volunteers in each village who monitor and report on the health situation of the villagers, modeled on the WHO DMTD. These community health relay volunteers will monitor populations, health education and initiation to ordinary care. This project is already operational, it is validated by the Ministry of Health.

  • Allow access to hygiene and sanitation of village houses. by making concrete slabs on the floor, plastered inside and outside. Installation of doors and windows with mosquito nets and anti-theft grilles, the objective being to raise the standard of living of the populations and thus to slow the exodus of the populations.

Water &



Access to water and sanitation is a human right recognized as a human right by the United Nations in 2010. Access to these essential services is a matter of dignity for every human being.


Water is the most precious things.

The project water and saitation, revised:

  • the realization of a water network in each village.

  • The rehabilitation of sources.

  • The electrification of these sources for the rise of water to the main supply. Rehabilitation of existing wells The electrification of these wells for the rise of water to the main supply.

  • The construction of sanitary blocks in each district for health, cooking and hygiene. The first field studies have already been carried out in all the villages.

The first sources of Meyack should be rehabilitated early 2019, the formation of the fountain will reproduce water projects in each of the 12 villages. A well with its water tower, adduction and connection to the installation of the current ADHM house in Yaounde has already been completed in August 2017.

Achieving the Education Goal will facilitate the achievement of all other Millennium Goals. Children's education helps to reduce poverty and promote gender equality. It helps to lower infant mortality rates and promotes respect for the environment.

The Education project provides:

  • Access to education under good conditions thanks to the rehabilitation of the four schools of Nguinouma, M'Béli, Medalmbom and Meyak.

  • ADHM plans to renovate buildings, floors, windows and doors.

  • The construction of sanitary blocks with water management, solar electrification.

  • The supply of school equipment and furniture, tables, chairs and paintings.

Technical surveys for the rehabilitation of the school Meyack are done, we are waiting for micro funding that will quickly start with the voluntary intervention of local professionals involved in the program.

The right to education is a fundamental human right, indispensable for the exercise of all other human rights. It promotes individual freedom and empowerment and brings significant development benefits. However, millions of children and adults remain deprived of the opportunity to educate themselves, most often because of poverty.

The agriculture project is the starting point of the economic development of the villages, it aims at:

  • Move from subsistence agriculture to agricultural production by pooling resources.

  • The supply of various tools and agricultural equipment.

  • The creation of a cooperative with commercial partnership agreements.

  • Optimize eco-friendly farming methods and popularize new types of plantations for local consumption but especially for commercial production.

  • To create the material solutions of storage and transport of the goods.

The next ADHM mission will allow to meet the departmental experts as concluded with the prefect of Haute Sanaga in Nanga-Eboko.

Food security, nutrition and sustainable agriculture are key to achieving by 2030 all the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighted to world leaders Mr. José Graziano da Silva, Director General FAO, in his plenary address to the United Nations.


Invest in agriculture

Farmers should be at the center of any investment strategy as they are the main investors in agriculture in developing countries.



The Social project provides:

  • The establishment of a community center in the three largest villages, including a multipurpose room, a meeting room, an infirmary, an office, a refrigerated room and a reserve.

  • Give women their place by offering them education and training. Women are at the heart of family, cultural, health and social balances. They play a central role in health, development and education. They are indispensable for social, economic and environmental progress.

  • Partnership agreements have already been found with ACDEV Cameroon. The social project is combined with other projects such as the "Entrepreneurship" or "Agriculture" project with the aim of raising the standard of living of the population and thus slowing the exodus of young people in need of a future.

The Electrification project will offer the benefits of solar energy for:

  • The different sanitary blocks.

  • Community centers.

  • The health center.

  • Water pumps.

  • Schools, but also and especially light and telephone charging solutions in every home.

The set of studies are finalized and the quotes already made, a technical training agreement has been concluded.


Entrepreneurship project

The Entrepreneurship project wants to introduce volunteers to the company and structure the economic life of artisans, by providing tools related to business, professional training, business management, and micro credit.

It focuses on the use of local skills to achieve the common goals of local economic development.
